JACK ABSOLUTE FLIES AGAIN
Written by Richard Bean and Oliver Chris
Tues 24 Nov - Sat 28nov 2026, 7.45PM INC Sat Matinee 2pm
Aces, egos, and airborne chaos – comedy at full throttle.
April 1940. The Battle of Britain is about to erupt, and arrogant RAF pilot Jack Absolute is grounded - literally - after crashing one too many planes. Reassigned to a sleepy airbase on the Lincolnshire coast, Jack finds himself surrounded by eccentric officers, rival pilots, and a formidable new commanding officer who may be more than a professional obstacle.
As war looms and pressure mounts, Jack must navigate love, duty, and his own ego, while the scramble to defend Britain reaches fever pitch. Packed with fast-paced dialogue, physical comedy, and moments of real emotional stakes, Jack Absolute Flies Again is a joyous, big-hearted comedy about courage, camaraderie, and growing up when the world is on fire.
