Season 2019/2020

Our 2019/2020 season was cut short as we closed our doors in March 2020 due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. We were nominated for a number of CTG awards for our productions and also experimented with streaming live theatre from our stage to audience members at home, a huge learning curve. We were extremely happy to be able to open our doors again in October 2021 for our new season.

September 2019, Girls Like That, directed by Laura Elizabeth with assistant director Ed Green - nominated for 6 CTG awards

October 2019, Wait Until Dark directed by Theresa Kay - WINNER of the CTG Best Poster Award and 1 nomination

December 2019, Hangmen, directed by Laura Elizabeth with assistant director Ed Green - WINNER of Best Actor, Best Young Actor in a production and nominated for 7 CTG awards

January 2020, Youth Theatre Production, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, directed by Laura Elizabeth with assistant director Ed Green WINNER of Best Director, Most Promising Performer and Best Costume, and nominated for 8 CTG awards

February 2020, The Government Inspector, directed by Malcolm Barker

Laura Elizabeth received the CTG Adjudicator’s Award for contributions to amateur theatre in Cheshire.
